      Health and Safety Administrator

      It’s an exciting time to join our Health and Safety team, you’ll have an opportunity to work in a friendly, fast paced environment across three well-known UK Leisure industry brands; Haven, Warner Leisure Hotels and Butlin’s.

      Purpose of the role
      To provide administrative support to the Head of Health and Safety as well as the Health and Safety team.

      Key Responsibilities 
      ?Diary and mailbox management.
      ?Organising meetings and conference calls, booking meeting rooms, ordering catering, ensuring working equipment and circulating agendas.
      ?Arranging travel and accommodation.
      ?Facilitating HACCP and SME workshops.
      ?Preparing meeting agenda’s and producing briefs.
      ?Producing and editing presentations for training and HOD meetings.
      ?Liaising with suppliers and environmental officials.
      ?BAU office coordination i.e. ordering stationery supplies, taking phone messages and handling postal correspondence.
      ?Raising purchase orders and invoices.
      ?Organising regular 1-2-1’s as well as appraisals and preparing development plans.
      ?Manage and monitor annual leave requests and sickness.
      ?Researching and arranging team training courses.

      Qualifications and Experience 
      ?IT Literate
      ?Good Communication Skills

      Essential Skills 
      ?Competent in the Microsoft package. 
      ?Must be highly organised, self-motivated and work well under pressure. 
      ?Driving license.
      Desirable Skills:
      ?Previous experience in a similar role.
      ?Health and Safety knowledge desirable but not required.
